Having transitioned from a fulfilling career in teaching, I found my true passion in empowering midlife women to embrace a holistic approach to their health and well-being. Before the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was leading successful Health and Wellness groups in my local community. When lockdowns became the norm, I recognised an even greater need for support in the realm of health and wellness, prompting the shift of my groups to the online space.
My personal journey is one of resilience and self-discovery. As an adult, I battled through the failures of various faddy diets, resulting in years of yo-yo dieting. In my mid-40s, life presented me with severe health issues, including arthritis, thyroid problems, and high blood pressure. Juggling these health concerns with relationship struggles, work-related stress, and the onset of menopause. I felt so overwhelmed that I even began to question my own sanity!
I felt lost, miserable, and trapped.
Once I discovered the incredible world of health & wellness coaching, I felt like I could breathe for the first time.
I turned all my energy and focus to coaching and quickly became obsessed! I learned everything I could about coaching my clients and helping them live healthy lives.
In my own personal experience I found traditional medicine only offers temporary solutions in the form of pills, but it often doesn’t address the root cause and how we feel about ourselves. A major turning point for me was when I embraced a holistic approach to my well-being, understanding that true health extends beyond mere physicality.
Through this transformative journey, I’ve not only changed my eating habits but also prioritised restful sleep and introduced regular exercise into my life. This profound shift in mindset and lifestyle proved to be life-changing, and it's this wisdom and experience that I bring to you as your Menopause and Wellness Coach.

Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause when hormonal fluctuations begin. Menopause is the point at which a woman has not had a menstrual period for 12 consecutive months.
