Midlife for women is generally considered to be between 40 and 60 years of age. This encompasses the transitional period between our reproductive and postmenopausal years.
Women navigating Midlife often experience hormonal changes, menopause symptoms, weight management issues, bone health concerns, and an increased risk of certain health conditions.
Natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms include lifestyle changes, a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress reduction, and herbal remedies. Consult with a healthcare professional for personalised advice.
Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause when hormonal fluctuations begin. Menopause is the point at which a woman has not had a menstrual period for 12 consecutive months.
