ABOUT DIANE

Hi there! I'm Diane, secondary school teacher, now turned   Health and Wellness Coach, and founder of Trilogy Life Coaching . 

After a midlife burnout, caused by a combination of weight gain, excessive stress and the menopause, I had to learn new health and wellness habits to recover my physical and emotional health.   

I’m now on a mission to help women, who are feeling overwhelmed, pursue new health & wellness habits, enabling them to lose weight, manage stress and rebuild their confidence.
